Had some trouble converting the images from the pdf original. Think I know how to solve it, so will try again later.
I'm not 100% sure about the correct method of doing attribution. Seems like should be at the end, but went this way for now.
Also not sure about Categorization and subheadings. Could create "water diversion" as a category and move the subheadings to separate pages within the "water diversion" category...
