Activity Intro & Goal[edit | edit source]

This is a °Fibonacci Activity which tries to avoid textbook definitions of the concepts, but more artistic and relatable concepts of the Fibonacci spiral which naturally flow in story-like forms. The following slides try not to patronize middle schoolers by overly explaining, while still explaining instructions simply through less words, but many visual examples. The goal is to keep middle-schoolers interested, while organically showing the link between mathematics and creativity.
°Fibonacci is pronounced |FIB|UH|NAA|CHEE|
