Brilliant idea.
If the polystyrene is upcycled into some kind of floating material, that would be ideal, where the polystyrene is locked away inside and won't break down and pollute the water. I'm guessing the Dutch plan is something like that. --Chriswaterguy 00:08, 8 April 2012 (PDT)
