 EFFECTS OF USING MOBILE PHONES
  We know that mobile phones are useful nowadays. This is one of way to communicate by receiving and sending data like videos, voice message and important messages, even searching things we want to know. It makes our lives more easily if we have urgent things to be done.
   In this generation, adults and children are using gadgets by watching videos, talking to their love ones and even playing games. Mobile phone have many ways how to use it, in a good ways and even bad ways. Mobile phones this time are very useful, many people make profit by using this; making vlogs or videos and posting some business. Enterpreneurs nowadays mostly using this kind of platform as we will know many of us using this gadget. But too much using this also have effects to us.
    
   Mobile phones are useful but this also have effect to us when we use too much time on it. We will know we can search on our mobiles; we can search data or words that we want to know  and get more idea on it and even watching videos that are not allowed to kids. Kids are the number one priority by guiding them how to use it and even give time limit to them. Too much use of mobile phone can make us end our lives by only focusing on playing and watching videos without noticing the time for our meal, not enough sleep and don't give time to our family.
  There are ways to avoid the effects of using too much phone like;
    1. Do a samrtphone cleanse. Delete the apps that you don't truly use or get benefit from.
    2. Go Grayscale. Instagram wouldn't seem so pretty if all was in black and white.
    3. Turn off notification. Most of the things that grab your attention can wait.
    4. Allot no devices time. Spend an hour where you don't check your phone.
    5. Fix social media time. Organize your schedule with some social media and email time.
    6. No screen before sleep. Screens disrupt your melatonin production, and your sleep quality.
