We are working on various projects using the Creino series!
We made a mask sterilizer that disinfects the mask with UV light using UV LED, foil, and airtight containers!
It's a daily necessity recently you have to wear a mask every day due to the Covid-19 situation.
Let's make it together!!
The production process and production source are all here disclosed.
Creino: Arduino battery shield[edit | edit source]
"Use Arduino uno conveniently anywhere"
- work can be produced right away without the need to configure a power circuit
- harged with a mini-type cable that is often used in everyday life
- Arduino can be used anywhere because no power line in required
"Product stabillity"
- charging circuit configuration to increase battery life stability
[ Project Summary ][edit | edit source]
Uv mask sterilizer using creino
The frequency of using masks to cope with COVID-19
pandemic has increased → Mask hygiene matters
Mask can be sterilized using ultraviolet rays with light from the
ultraviolet (UV) generating LED in sealed container.
<Required parts>
Arduino board Mega (1)
Creino Mega (1)
4-FND Module (1)
Mini breadborad (1)
UV LED 5mm (1)
Tact button switch (1)

Step 1. Inner coating of airtight container[edit | edit source]
- prepare an airtight container with a width of 220x180 or more
- Attach the aluminum foil to the inside of the container so that the shiny side can be seen.
Caution! Be careful not to tear the aluminum foil
Step 2. Part placement[edit | edit source]
- Make a hole in the back of the container so that 5mm LED can be inserted
- Insert UV LED into the hole
- Place Arduino, Creino, FND and the button
- Wiring parts
Caution! if LED mounting is difficult, make the hole bigger!
Step 3. Power ON and coding[edit | edit source]
- Turn on the power of creino to check if the parts work properly
- write code source using Arduino
Caution! Code source requires library download
Open Source Software[edit | edit source]
Note: Code source requires library download
For the library code source, search <Arduino TM74HC595 Library> in the search box!
You can download the source in the attached file.
