This was originally bumped in a afd at WP on basis = Original Research. I resubmit and no one has as yet argued for deletion. But I would like to have the (c) if it is determined to be OR at WP. On the other hand, I would love nothing better than people who know more than I to buff this article up. So, stay tuned,talk to me. The key question in my mind is how much cross communication has there been between the SOPAC originators, if in fact they are originators of the VI, and the medical researchers, both the clinicians and the researchers?
