Nice start. Please use images to bolster your background. Please also describe the current state. Finally, be more explicit that you will be experimenting and testing many plasters, selecting the best one or two, and then using those to fix the terraces at CCAT.

Hello,
This is a good start. The first few paragraphs especially should be free of grammatical and spelling errors. This is the first impression your reader gets of you and you want it to be good. Please re-read your first few paragraphs out loud and check for errors or strange wording.
Also, you should have a client section and information on what is there now.

Hello Team, Your criteria needs some work. I was very unclear on what you meant by your longevity, life cycle analysis, and educational aspect constraints. It seems like you are not clear on what your criteria and constraints should be. I would recommend meeting with Lonny or at least have a none team member read it over and see if they understand.
