Making the article's purpose clearer[edit source]
Things that should be clearer in the article text:
- Why is this a topic of interest here - does it illustrate standard constructed wetland wetland treatment, is it appropriate technology (and why)...?
- Where is this? (somewhere in California I presume... sounds like it's near Cal Poly Humboldt, but that doesn't mean much to non-Americans like me)
