Goats eat many kinds of food, turning waste into milk, meat and fertilizer (manure).
Goat milk has a distinctive, gamey flavor. It is believed by some to offer health benefits.
Curried goat is a very popular dish in many parts of the world, including Jamaica, Indonesia, Malaysia and India.
