This Libre Office (free software) worksheet is a quick tool for determining if you should switch from incandescent to LEDs.I erred on the conservative - e.g. the LED will output more light. Most spaces are over lit - so you can probably get away with less. As you can see the return on investment for moving to LEDs is substantial in most applications.
