To fix the leaks we sealed the window all the way down to the foundation and added a rain gutter onto the bottom of the glass. This gutter canals all the water that comes down the south side of the building so that it no longer runs down the front of the siding and the two lower windows. The late rains in spring put it to the test and we have had no further leaks.
