Balancing the flattened roof on the wall and then lifting it into a cone was a big mistake. As always, build the roof on the ground, then lift it onto the wall. Our third person had to leave before we could get the roof assembled on and lifted whole from the ground and I thought this would be better. Bad decision. We should have called more helpers, but stress interfered.
