When to remove categorization notice[edit source]

I removed this text:

If you expect to be able to review the entire article quickly, please begin by removing the categorization string (see above) from the bottom article so that others don't review in parallel.

My concern is:

  1. if someone removes the tag first, we're relying on good intentions, and it might not actually get completed.
  2. editing in parallel is rarely a problem, even on a large wiki, and especially if people use section editing. The occasional edit conflict can be resolved without too much trouble.
  3. if we accept the above points, we also have the advantage of shorter instructions.

Spelling and grammar review in the article is necessary.

It does not mather if it is US or UK spelling.

But please do not chance the file names ?

Otherwise he does not show the image on the page
